This song is about a journal I started on the note of leaving home. Marking a very special moment in my life, and there to forever hold reflections of my past.

I Started my journal today,
wrote down the words of my own.
Some day the corners will fray,
and I will reflect on what I used to know.

Started my life out today,
living it out of my home.
I will return there some day,
and the past will remain but an echo.
